Chairperson, Donna Rygate, declared the meeting open at 1:04pm and advised in
accordance with the Code of Meeting Practice that the meeting is being
recorded.
The
Local Planning Panel previously considered this application at its meeting of
23 September 2022.
The
application was deferred pending submission of additional information.
The
Panel considered a further supplementary report distributed to the Panel on 3
March 2023, and met to discuss and review the application.

notes the reasons for Refusal in the Assessment Report. The Panel’s
principal concern was the height of the rear of the proposed development
and its impact on solar access and privacy to 12 Bayview Avenue, The
Entrance.
